Work in Progress Collective is built around one simple ritual: showing up for each other, every week. Here's what that looks like.
One hour a week that moves your career forward.
Every week, we gather on a call with women across climate. Different sectors, different career stages, same drive. Some weeks we go deep on a theme (selling yourself as a generalist, knowing when to move on, getting over the posting cringe). Some weeks we break out into smaller conversations. Every week, you leave with something: an intro, an idea, or just the reminder that you're not doing this alone.
The format is evolving with member input. This community is a work in progress on purpose, and members shape what we build.
The support doesn't stop when the call ends.
Our community space is where members share job leads, celebrate wins, ask the questions they can't ask at work, and open doors for each other. Opportunities move fast when a network is rooting for you.
